Boris Luk
Mr. Boris Luk is the founder and managing director of the Company. He holds LL.M., MBA, MPhil., MSc. and LL.B. (Hons). He is a Chartered Governance Professional, Qualified Paralegal, Accountant, and Qualified Mediator. He has extensive working experience in company secretarial, legal and compliance areas, serving listed and private clients.
Terry Chan
Terry Chan, is the co-founder and Audit Partner of the Company. He is a Certified Public Accountants (Practicing) registered with the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council in Hong Kong. He has extensive auditing experience in Big 4, focusing on technology sector, as well as being Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and compliance leader of listed Company and Fintech sector.
