Dr. Boris Luk, CGP (PE) CAMS CFE

Dr. Boris Luk is the founder and managing director of the Company. He holds DBA, LL.M., MBA, MPhil., MSc. and LL.B. (Hons). He is a Chartered Governance Professional, Qualified Paralegal, Accountant, and Qualified Mediator. He has extensive working experience in company secretarial, legal and compliance areas, serving listed and private clients. He is also a holder of CAMS, CISA, CRISC and CFE.

Terry Chan, CPA (Practising)

Mr. Terry Chan is the Managing Partner of Chan Tsz Hong CPA (Pracisiting) and currently as a finance and compliance leader in a start-up fintech company.    He formerly worked for one of the Big4 professional firm with more than 15 years experience being a CFO, Head of Compliance and Audit & Assurance services of listed company and corporate compliance.  He is technically focusing on TMT and payment sector. 

Tommy Yung, EMBA CFP CISA

Mr. Tommy Yung is the director of the Company. He holds EMBA and BBA (Hons). He is a Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants, Fellow of Institute of Financial Accountants, Fellow of Certified Public Accountants Association and Forensic Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Yung is also a Registered Financial Planner in Hong Kong who has extensive experiences in insurance aspect as well as financial planning. Mr. Yung has over ten years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, insurance, financial planning.
